Privacy and cookie policy
How cpq.se handles personal data and cookies: what we collect, why, the tools we use, and your rights under GDPR.
We keep this short and honest. We run a consultancy website, not an ad network. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and everything we do collect is used for one of two things: understanding how the site is used, and following up when a company shows interest in CPQ.
Who is responsible
cpq.se AB, Lyckan 7, 753 24 Uppsala, Sweden is the data controller for this website. Questions about your data go to hello@cpq.se.
What we collect and why
When you contact us. If you email us or book a meeting, we get your name, email and whatever you write to us. We use it to answer you and to follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Website statistics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where visitors come from. If you decline cookies, this runs in a cookieless mode with anonymous pings only. Legal basis: consent for the cookies, legitimate interest for the anonymous statistics.
Company identification. We are a B2B consultancy, so we use Leadfeeder (Dealfront) and LeadLander to see which companies visit the site, based on the network the visit comes from. This identifies organisations, not individuals. Leadfeeder only runs if you accept cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which companies are researching CPQ.
Cookies
When you first visit we ask whether cookies are OK. Your choice is stored for a year in a cookie of its own, cpq_consent, which is necessary for remembering the answer and needs no consent.
If you click OK, these are set:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Recognises returning browsers for statistics | up to 2 years |
_lfa | Leadfeeder | Links page views from the same browser | 1 year |
| LeadLander cookies | LeadLander | Recognises returning visits for company identification | varies |
If you click Necessary only, none of the above are set. Google Analytics falls back to anonymous cookieless pings, LeadLander runs in its cookieless mode, and Leadfeeder does not load at all.
Changed your mind? Delete cookies for cpq.se in your browser and the question comes back on your next visit.
Where the data goes
Analytics data is processed by Google, which may process it outside the EU/EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Leadfeeder is operated by Dealfront, an EU company. We do not sell or trade personal data with anyone.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or get it in a portable format. Email hello@cpq.se and we will sort it out. If you think we are handling your data badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
