Tacton is our core platform, and we know it inside out. When we implement, our target is go-live in under 5 months — because the longer a CPQ project runs, the less likely it is to succeed.

We're a team of CPQ specialists based in Uppsala and Stockholm. All of us spent years at Tacton before starting cpq.se — as business consultants, solution architects, and developers. We work almost exclusively with European manufacturers.
Manufacturing CPQ is a different game from quoting SaaS subscriptions or insurance policies. The products are more complex, the configuration logic runs deeper, and getting it right means your sales team can quote confidently without chasing down engineering for every order.
We're not a big consultancy that happens to do CPQ on the side. This is all we do.

Two examples of what our projects look like in practice:
HMF Cranes builds truck-mounted cranes in Denmark and sells through distributors in 35 countries. Every crane is configured to order. When HMF changed ERP, they also moved to Tacton CPQ — with a deep integration where product rules and pricing are maintained in the ERP and synced to Tacton. That means the configurator is always correct and always up to date. Multilingual quotes, no invalid orders, and distributors were onboarded without a single support call.
Swift Lifts makes home elevators sold through distributors across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. They chose Tacton CPQ from the start — the right move for a product with thousands of combinations and strict regulations across markets. We implemented Tacton CPQ with integrated real-time CAD so distributors can configure a lift, see an accurate 3D drawing, and generate a quote in minutes. What would have required dedicated order-takers runs self-service instead.
