Patrik Skjelfoss co-founded cpq.se and leads it as CEO, while staying hands-on as a Principal Business Consultant. He works at the front of an engagement, running the CPQ Analysis Workshop that opens every project, mapping where a manufacturer's real quoting pain sits, and deciding what should go live first and what should never be automated.
