Polarium in Almedalen

There were three main reasons why I went to Almedalen.

First thing was that my oldest son wanted to be there and to mingle with his non-profits. The second thing was listening to what Polarium had to say during one of the panel discussions. Third thing was that we had the possibility to sail there.

I'm not entirely sure, but at least that was my interpretation. This was recorded in Dagens Industri's big tent from this Wednesday.

- When you want to work fast, you have to standardize. You have to find solutions where there is a high level of industrialization, there is flexibility so that you can meet different customers' needs and so that we can produce and deliver with a short lead time. Normal lead time for us today is three months.
